1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the paid services offered by SDynTech on the website hamradiomarket.net, particularly the ad promotion service.

They apply to all purchases made on the website by users with a valid account.

Professionals wishing to post ads or purchase advertising space are invited to contact SDynTech directly at the email address provided in the Legal Notice to agree on applicable commercial terms. Such services are subject to a separate commercial agreement and are not governed by these Terms of Sale.

2. Ad promotion service

The ad promotion service allows users to increase visibility for their ads (priority placement, visual badge, etc.).

This service is offered as a one-time payment per ad. The current rate is displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

SDynTech reserves the right to modify its rates at any time, with changes taking effect immediately for all new orders.

3. Service eligibility

To benefit from the ad promotion service, users must have a valid account on hamradiomarket.net and have posted an ad that complies with the Terms of Use.

Any ad that does not comply with the Terms of Use may be rejected or removed without refund.

4. Order process

Orders are placed directly online on hamradiomarket.net. The order is considered final after payment confirmation.

A confirmation email is sent to the user at the address provided during registration.

5. Payment

Payment is made online and securely through Stripe payment solution.

User banking information is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored by SDynTech.

Payment is due immediately upon order. Stripe adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, ensuring adequate data protection.

6. Withdrawal and refund

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content whose execution has begun before the end of the withdrawal period, with the prior express agreement of the consumer.

By validating the order and agreeing to immediate activation of the service, the user expressly waives the right of withdrawal.

Consequently, no refund may be granted once the ad promotion service has been activated.

7. Service duration

The duration of the promotion is specified at the time of order. At the end of this period, the ad automatically returns to standard status without tacit renewal.

8. Invoice

An invoice may be provided upon simple request addressed to SDynTech at the contact details available in the Legal Notice section.

9. Liability

SDynTech undertakes to implement all necessary means to ensure the availability of the ad promotion service. However, its liability cannot be engaged in the event of service interruption due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure.

In any event, SDynTech's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service in question.

10. Disputes and mediation

In the event of a dispute, the user is invited to contact SDynTech at the email address available in the Legal Notice section.

In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of failure of the amicable complaint, the user may resort free of charge to a consumer mediator. The contact details of the competent mediator will be communicated upon simple request.

11. Applicable law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the courts within the jurisdiction of SDynTech's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
